This is the very first time I have purchased furniture online. I was very skeptical and concerned that I would not be happy with the product. Although I just received this product today, I am VERY impressed. The faux leather is not shiny and fake looking. The sofa is comfortable and assembly is almost non-existent…just screw the “legs” on the bottom of the sofa. It fits perfectly in my office/guest bedroom. It pulls out to a full size bed and I was able to pull it out and put it back by myself.

The futon is not a bad deal. It came in one large box, the only thing you had to assemble were the legs, which were in a neat hide-away pocket on the bottom.
I’ve only slept on the futon for a few hours and have to say it’s not the most comfortable thing, but it’s not terrible. It sits low to the ground which could be a good or bad thing. It’s probably 6-8 inches from the floor. Sitting on it is pretty comfortable and the ease of folding it out is great too.
Be careful when opening the box because there is little padding on it. You can easily slice it.
It is faux leather but feels soft and cushy. The pull down tray is very nice and convenient too. It’s perfect for what I need it for, guest room seating and sleeping.
